產品簡介凝血酶是由大小分別為31KD和6KD的兩條肽鏈通過二硫鍵組成的一種絲氨酸蛋白水解酶，可從動物血漿中利用已凝血酶原水解制得，可催化纖維蛋白原（fibrinogen）水解釋放A肽和B肽，由此形成纖維蛋白單體，單體進一步聚合，在血小板、紅細胞和白細胞等參與下形成血凝塊，常用于診斷學中凝血化驗、凝血因子檢測、血液或血漿的脫纖維化等；另外，由于凝血酶切割序列專一，水解效率高，因此在分子生物學、生物化學或生物工程制藥研究中也常作為工具酶用于重組融合蛋白（包含凝血酶識別位點）的特異性斷裂。本品是從牛的血漿純化制得，具有純度高、比活高、不含有其他蛋白酶活性、滅活病毒、生產穩定性好等特點。該酶適切割位點：A-B-Pro-Arg-▼-X-Y（其中，A和B為疏水氨基酸，X和Y為非酸性氨基酸），常見的識別序列為：1.Leu-Val-Pro-Arg-▼-Gly-Ser。2.Gly-Arg-▼-Gly。產品信息規格1KU/2KURANTES還具有抑制某些HIV-1，HIV-2和Simian免疫缺陷病毒（SIV）的菌株的能力。Recombinant FITC-Labeled Human TPBG/5T4 Protein,His-Avi Tag
